Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Refund / Exchange Cases:

- Breakage, damage during transport.

- Faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown (size, color, shape, weight...).

- Incorrect, different information from the sample shown (image, color, ingredients...).

- Expired.

2. Refund / Exchange Requirements:

  • Customers still retain product information including sales invoice, delivery record and stock-out record.
  • Package, wrapping, stamps / warranty card, stamp brand,... must remain fully intact.
  • No dirt, scratches, breakage, damage, strange smells or signs of being used. In cases of used products, we reserve the right to refuse your refund/exchange request.

3. Refund / Exchange Methods:

In case of returning products according to "Refund & Exchange Policy" for a refund, we will verify your returning request. If the goods are qualified for returning in accordance with "Refund / Exchange Cases", we will refund by cash or transfer to a bank account upon your request within 7 - 10 working days.
