The pride in owning delicious quality milk motivated Edward Fitzgeral, the 5th generation owner of the family, to take over the farm since 2008. Graduated as a major in mechanical engineering with green certification, Edward Fitzgeral never stops learning to modernize the facilities to raise the best cow breeds as well as maintain the supply of natural milk in the best land in Ireland. His efforts won him the award in a contest held by the National Monitoring Committee for Milk Products in 2013.
